Aluma-Safe Detergent ( February 2003):
Aluma-Safe is a new addition to the Donovan Chemicals' product line of ware wash treatments.
Aluma-Safe is a liquid detergent for aluminum based trays, flatware, etc. It was introduced to meet
the demand for automatic dish machine washing of these aluminum based items and to avoid the pitfalls
associated with common automatic dish detergents that pit, corrode and turn aluminum black.
Aluma-Safe compliments Donovan's DC Pak Plus, powdered dish detergent for aluminum based surfaces.
Laundrokem (February 2003):
The Laundrokem addition to the Donovan Clean Guard line of fabricare products was specifically designed for
the banquet hall sector of institutional and commercial laundries. Based upon a twin emulsifier, Laundrokem
is used where tomato sauce, red wine, eggplant and the new generation of women's lipstick's casue difficult
residual spot removal concerns.
Transport Regulations (January 2003):
Under 30(l) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act 1992, the new Clear Language Regulations
came into effect for transportation across Canada. Donovan Chemicals products documentation were brought
into compliance for this legislation.
GC Mulse (November 2002 ):
C.G. Mulse is a new addition to Donovan's Clean Guard line of industrial
and institutional fabricare products. Mulse is an orange oil formulated aqueous solvent and emulsifier, based on proprietary orange oil chemistries,
designed for difficult petroleum based soils in laundry applications. It features a complexed surfactant
emulsification package that meets Canada wide standards for environmental discharge as well as health and
safety parameters.
Peroxide (October 2002 ):
Peroxide 10 and Peroxide 17 have been added to Donovan's industrial and institutional product line up.
These stabilized peroxide formulations are designed for use in the fabricare and waste water application
technology sectors. Peroxides are often used in personal care fabric treatments as well as current regulatory requirements precluding
the use of chlorine bleaches in many applications
because of environmental impacts. The Peroxide 10 and 17 compliment the current Oxybleach, Peroxi-San and Peroxide 35
technologies.
Defense Protection Act (September 2002):
Donovan Chemicals (div RDI Chemical Corporation ) is now vested under Canada's
Defense Protection Act - Controlled Goods Regulations, for work performed under military and defense applications.
The DPA is an important part of Canada's committement to national security and the defense industries.
Canadian Center for Pollution Control (C2P2) (February 2004):
Donovan Chemicals (div RDI Chemical Corporation ) is now vested as an active member of the C2P2.
The C2P2 is a recognized leader in pollution prevention. The Canadian Centre for Pollution Prevention is a non-government,
environmental organization that encourages actions that avoid or minimize the creation of pollutants—actions that foster
a healthier environment and a sustainable society.
Environmental Compliance (2005):
